Describe an Error
I can describe an error to a teammate: what I ran, what the error says, where it is and what I think the cause is.
This morning you pull the latest changes in orders-service and run the tests. One test fails. You join a call with Alex and describe the error.

$ npm test
FAIL src/orders/orders.test.ts
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

Find three things before you speak: the error message (TypeError: Cannot read…), the place (service.ts, line 42) and the result (1 failed, 12 passed).
