Car Rental Problems
I can dispute a damage or fuel charge, report a breakdown and ask for a fair solution.
You return a rental car. The agent finds a scratch and adds a fuel charge, but the scratch was already there and you filled the tank. The car also broke down once during your trip.
Your mission: dispute the charges with evidence, mention the breakdown and ask for a fair result.
