Turning Points

Practise writing connected past stories about decisions, opportunities, and life changes. Show clearly what happened first, what changed later, and why the experience mattered.

You'll practice:

  • Organise a past story into a clear sequence.
  • Use Past Simple and Past Perfect accurately.
  • Explain reasons and consequences.
  • Use linking expressions to connect events.
  • Finish with a meaningful reflection.

How it works

3 parts

  1. A Short Turning-Point Story

See a model, fill in your details, then write your introduction (90–110 words).

  2. A Decision That Changed Direction

Write a short text about yourself (130–160 words). Miss Sunny checks it and shows what to fix.

  3. The Moment That Changed What Happened Next

On your own this time: a short, friendly message (180–220 words).

  • Every part: 👀 model → 📝 plan → ✍️ write → ✅ Miss Sunny checks → final version.
  • You can fix your text and check it again. Your drafts are saved automatically.
