Use Present Simple for things you do every day. With I, you, we and they, use the base verb.
I get up at 7:00. / We have lunch at 1:00.
With he, she and it, add -s to the verb. Go becomes goes and have becomes has.
She starts work at 9:00. / He goes to school by bus. / She has breakfast at 8:00.
He go to work by bus. ✗ → He goes to work by bus. ✓
