Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a Sunny Plus subscription and what happens to your plan and Sunny Credits afterwards. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel Sunny Plus at any time, and there is no cancellation fee. Open the Pricing page while signed in and choose "Manage or switch plan", or use the subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email. You can also email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Renewals

Sunny Plus renews automatically until you cancel: • Monthly plan: $6.99 is charged every month on your renewal date. • Annual plan: $59.99 is charged once a year and renews every year on the same date. You still receive 1,000 credits every month during the year. The price shown at checkout applies; if we change the price, the new price applies from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance. If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries it; we do not cancel your subscription on our own because of a failed payment.

What happens after cancellation

Your Sunny Plus plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — the end of the month on the monthly plan, or the end of the year on the annual plan. After that, no more charges are made, no new monthly credits are added, and your account returns to the free plan. Cancelling does not refund the current period; see our Refund Policy for when refunds are possible.

Your credits after cancellation

Credits already in your balance stay there after you cancel, and you can keep using them. This includes credits added by Sunny Plus and credits from credit packs, which do not expire while your account is open. Bonus credits, such as welcome credits, may expire; any expiry date is shown with your balance. You can buy a credit pack at any time without a subscription.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account automatically cancels an active Sunny Plus subscription: we cancel it with the payment provider before the account is deleted, so no further charges are made. If the cancellation cannot be confirmed, the account is not deleted and you will be asked to cancel the subscription on the Pricing page first. Deleting your account permanently removes any remaining credits and your practice history.
