About the role
- We are looking for a motivated Education & Business Development Associate to help grow Sunny Academy.
- This role is suitable for someone interested in education, online learning, English courses, partnerships, marketing, sales, and business growth.
- You do not need to be a developer. The founder handles the technical development. Your main focus will be helping improve the educational and business direction of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Help develop Sunny Academy’s education and business strategy
- Research English learning markets, competitors, and customer needs
- Suggest new courses, sections, features, and learning products
- Communicate with teachers, students, partners, and potential clients
- Help organize online courses, learning materials, and educational programs
- Support marketing, social media, and growth activities
- Test the platform and suggest improvements
- Support the founder with daily business and operational tasks
Requirements
- Strong interest in education and business
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in AI, online learning, and English education
- Good English level
- Willingness to learn and grow with the project
Nice to have
- Experience in education, sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience working with students or teachers
- Experience with online courses or EdTech products
- Knowledge of English teaching or language learning
- Armenian, English, and Russian language skills
Compensation
- A fixed salary can be discussed based on experience, availability, and responsibilities.
- For strong candidates, performance-based bonuses or revenue-share opportunities may also be considered.
