About the role
- We are looking for a motivated product and business-oriented person who can help Sunny Academy grow as a real educational product.
- This role is suitable for someone who can think about users, market needs, content, pricing, partnerships, marketing, and product growth.
- The founder will handle technical development, but this person should help decide what to build, how to position it, and how to bring users.
Responsibilities
- Help define product direction and priorities
- Research what English learners need
- Suggest new paid and free learning products
- Help develop pricing, packages, and course ideas
- Communicate with teachers, students, schools, and potential partners
- Help create marketing and growth strategies
- Analyze competitors and market opportunities
- Improve user experience and learning flow
- Support daily business operations
Requirements
- Strong motivation and ownership mindset
- Interest in startups, business, education, and AI
- Good communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good English level
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or product management
- Experience in education or EdTech
- Experience growing a small project, community, or digital product
- Understanding of online courses and digital learning products
Compensation
- This role can include a fixed salary plus a performance-based bonus or revenue-share opportunity.
