去…怎么走？ asks how to get to a place. 坐 zuò means to take a means of transport: 坐地铁, take the subway. Tickets use the measure word 张 zhāng: 一张票 yì zhāng piào. Ask staff to confirm the route; a short language exercise does not describe a real city route.
